How to Register for Matthew 25
Please read carefully — registration must be completed by the parish youth minister or designated group leader only. Individual students or parents may not register on their own.

Who Can Register?
- Registration is for high school students.
- Students must attend with a parish youth group.
- Only the parish youth minister or group leader should complete and submit the registration form.
- Individual registrations will not be accepted.
Step 1: Download and Complete the Roster Form
The parish youth minister or group leader must:
- Download the official roster form.
- Complete the form in full for the entire group attending.
- Select either Greenville or Charleston as your location.
- Fill out all required fields.
Step 2: Email the Completed Roster
Once completed, the parish youth minister or group leader must email the roster to:
This will begin the registration process.
A confirmation email will be sent once the roster has been received.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents (Due by May 31, 2026)
Please email the following by May 31, 2026:
- Parent permission forms
- Student accident insurance information
Important:
Student accident insurance is required for all youth participants and costs $10.30 per youth.
Additional Registration Details
- Registration is first come, first served.
- Registration will remain open through May 31, 2026, or until all spots are filled.
- All participants must attend as part of a parish youth group.
